My experience:
-While working on my community research project, I experienced both excitement and frustration. It was very rewarding to have productive conversations, hear people's stories, and build relationships. It felt good to help people understand the community better, but there were some challenges along the way. It was discouraging and made us reevaluate our approach when we witnessed several instances of people refusing to participate. I learned a lot from this, such as how to be resilient, how to change tactics, and how important it is to respect personal preferences in research. All in all, it was an educational experience that highlighted the advantages and difficulties of community involvement.

This quarter taught me much about handling pressure, whether in school or sports. I learned that planning my time really helps me balance everything. It also showed me how important it is to stay positive and focused, even when things are tough. That's helped me feel more confident, whether I'm studying or playing. The biggest problem was the pressure from both school and sports. It seemed like a lot to handle sometimes lots of homework and tough practices. I sometimes doubted myself, especially before big tests or games. All that pressure made it hard to do my best in both areas.  To cope with this, I started using a planner for everything. Challenges Of My life

  I am John Paul P. Ben and i live in Tamag Vigan City, I was born on January 15, 2009. I have three siblings and i am the youngest son of Mr. & Mrs. Ben. My older brother has his own family and also my sister has her own family. So i live with one of my older brothers, of mine who has no family. And i always get spoiled because i am the only one who's still studying. My father died when i was 4 years old, and my mom taught me to be strong at that time. I am so proud of my mom because she plays both the role of mother and father for me. So I grew up without my dad by my side, after many years my mother died. After losing my mom at a very young age my life became miserable. It's hard to live without my mom and dad. And having to force myself to grow up and be independent from a very young age.
