The new year has come, and I am determined to change myself. First of all, I will be better at handling money. Before, I used to buy things just because they looked good or were on sale. Now, I will only spend on useful or really loved items. This way, I can save money and be happy with what I have.


I want to always do the right thing. I should be honest with friends, family, and people that I work with, not to do anything that will hurt them or go against any rules. Being good will help make the world around me better and make me proud of myself.


Secondly, I will be interested in sports, but I used to be lazy and never care about any physical exercises. But this year, I will do it. First, I will jog in the park every morning. It is a good way for my heart, and it makes me energetic and happy. Perhaps I can also join some sports club at home, badminton or tennis, and make some new techniques there, and learn from them. Sports will keep me fit as well as teach me teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. If you don't mind, my sports is playing basketball.


Finally, I will eat well. I'll cut down junk food and soft drinks and opt for fruits, vegetables, and whole grains instead. A good diet will definitely give me lots of energy. It may take some time, but I'm ready for that change. Here's to the new year that will be packed with all that's good and fine, making me a healthier, happier person.
